Q: How can I place the orders?

You can order online through our user-friendly screens that make choosing items fast and simple. When you select a item, it is added to your "shopping cart" so you can keep track of your product choices. You then proceed to check-out, a simple and 100% secure process, so you can feel safe knowing that your credit card and personal information is protected at all times.

Q: Do you accept phone orders?

Q: What kind of Payment Options do you have?

We accept the following payment options: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover. We also accept checkes and money orders.

Q: How long will it take to arrive?

To calculate delivery date refer to availability property which is on product detail page. If the item is in stock, we will process and send your order out usually within 1 to 2 days + shipping method you have been choose. Example: So if Item available during 7 business days and yours shipping method is UPS Ground (5 Days) So expected delivery date is 5 + 7 = 12 from orders placement date.

Q: Special Note for regions don't have USPS delivery confirmation (Guam and Puerto Rico)

As far as USPS doesnt support delivery confirmation service for some regions as for Guam and Puerto Rico its buyers responsibility to keep track package delivery. The EyeFine.com not responsible for any missing packages.

Q: I received wrong item!

If you received a duplicate or wrong item we will send you a replacement.

Q: What's your refund and return policy?

You may return and get store credit or exchange any unused items within 30 days of delivery for a full purchase price (minus shipping and handling charges). All returned items must be within our wear and tear guidelines as well. If we do not receive the incorrect item postmarked within 30 days (must be postmarked within 30 days of arrival) we will automatically charge you for keeping this item (or replace it from one of the items that are currently on backorder if you would like another one).

Refund: 30-Day Money Back Guarantee: If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, return the unused item in it's original condition within 30 days for a refund or exchange, shipping not included. All returned glasses are subject to 20% restocking fee. Exchanges of Alain Mikli glasses are subject to 8% restocking fee. Open contact lenses are not returnable. The refunding process may take up to four weeks.

Warranty: www.EyeFine.com provides warranties against manufacturer's defects in materials and/or workmanship for one year.

Returns: If you would like to return your item(s), please state your reason for the return on your invoice, follow the instructions on your package slip and mail your package back via US Mail Return Receipt. There are options at the Post Office to have a delivery confirmation for an additional $0.35 or insuring your package. Ask your Post Office representative for more details. Send the package to:

Q: Do you have physical store location?

No. We are a Mail Order only/Internet company. We do not have a physical store location.

Q: How can I stop getting e-mail news letter?

It's very simple!
1) If you are member, login into your Account, open Profile and UN CHECK "News Letter" check box.
2) Use this form to stop getting e-mail news letter.

Q: Where to send money order?

When sending an order in with a cash/check/money order please specify the contents of your order to speed up processing of your order:

1) SKN - sku number of item you'd like to buy.
  (You can find the SKN on item detail description page you'd like to buy.)
2) Options - Color and Size.
3) Quantity.
4) Shipping ( 1 Item shipping cost 9.95)
5) Calculate Total, buy and send money order to below address.
